I took a look at heliumdeploy.com it seems usable enough, but I’m not fully convinced yet. The site doesn’t immediately throw up major red flags, though I do think some details could be explained a bit better.
Not saying it’s a scam, but I’d personally be careful and start with small steps before trusting it too much. For now, I’d give it 3 stars since it seems okay, just not totally reassuring.

I was dealing with some deploy errors and had to sit around waiting in the support queue for way too long. When support finally got back to me, they seemed like they were trying, but the fixes they suggested didn’t really solve the problem for me

"Shipping was just okay"
I don’t know why the shipping took longer than expected, but it did arrive a bit late. The packaging was fine though, so at least everything showed up in good condition.

"Setup was a real headache"
I tried getting HeliumDeploy installed, it was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions didn’t feel clear, and I kept hitting little errors that slowed everything down. Maybe it works fine once it’s actually set up, but I ended up giving up after wasting too much time on it. I’d at least expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment for how rough the setup process is
"Payouts aren’t as reliable as they used to be"
This used to feel a lot smoother, but lately the payouts have been unreliable. It’s gotten to the point where it doesn’t really feel worth the hassle anymore

"Okay value, but not perfect"
I used heliumdeploy.com for a while, and it was alright. Nothing crazy amazing, but it did what I needed most of the time. Setup wasn’t too painful either, kind of a poke-around-and-figure-it-out thing, and the pricing felt fair enough for what they give you.
That said, a few parts were a bit messy or not super clear. I had to dig around and work some stuff out myself, which got annoying. Support did respond, so it wasn’t like they disappeared, but it wasn’t exactly quick either.
Overall, I’m not mad about using it, but I’m not blown away. It’s decent if you’re okay with a few bumps and don’t expect everything to just work perfectly right away...

The device does what I need most of the time. The uptime has been decent, and on most days I don’t really think about it, which is kind of the point. Every now and then it drops out, though, and I’m sitting there like, okay... are we coming back or what? It usually does come back after a bit, so it’s not a huge deal, but it’s still a little annoying. Overall, not bad, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either.

"The contract terms were a little confusing at first"
Overall, my experience was okay, but I did feel like the agreement details could have been explained more clearly. I had to reread parts of the contract a few times because some of the wording wasn’t super straightforward, and I wanted to make sure I actually understood what I was agreeing to before moving forward. Nothing seemed intentionally misleading or anything like that, but a bit more plain-language explanation or examples would have made the process feel a lot easier and less stressful

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I reached out to support and waited way too long for a response. By the time they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t really solve what I needed help with. It just felt like I was left hanging, which was frustrating. Not really the kind of support I expected.
